Refund eligibility is determined by the delivery status of the purchased service and is not based on the outcome achieved by the customer.
Refunds are available until the corresponding token has been activated. Once activated, the service is considered delivered and becomes non-refundable.
Refunds are available until the scheduled session starts. Once the session has been completed, no refund will be issued.
Marketplace Listings are purchased in the context of commercial or professional activity and become non-refundable once activated or published.
Customers may cancel before any service component has been initiated. Components already initiated on behalf of the customer become non-refundable. Partial refunds may be granted for components not yet initiated.
The Eligibility Review phase begins immediately upon purchase and is non-refundable. The Application Preparation & Submission phase may be cancelled and refunded until the application has been formally submitted to the relevant authority or consulate.
Refunds, cancellations and payment terms are governed by the applicable business agreement and become non-refundable once activated.

WelcomeBerlin reserves the right to provide documentation demonstrating service delivery, account activity, meeting attendance, application submissions, communications, platform access logs or other relevant evidence in response to disputes.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or replaces any statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights under European Union and German consumer protection law.
