You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.
Exception: By completing your purchase, you confirm that you request immediate activation of your Market Signal token and that you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the token has been activated (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
If you withdraw before activation, we will reimburse your payment in full within fourteen days using the same means of payment.

Exception: You lose your right of withdrawal once the coaching session has taken place. If the session is scheduled within the withdrawal period, you must explicitly confirm that you waive your right of withdrawal in order to proceed with the booking.
If you withdraw before the session takes place, we will reimburse your payment in full within fourteen days using the same means of payment.
All clients purchasing a Marketplace Listing do so in the context of their commercial or professional activity (B2B). The statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection law does not apply to these purchases. All sales are final and non‑refundable, except in cases of proven non‑delivery of the service by WelcomeBerlin.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to individual consumers. Corporate clients purchasing relocation services under a business contract are not entitled to withdrawal rights under consumer protection law.

Exception: Once any component of the kit has been initiated on your behalf — including SIM activation, health insurance onboarding, bank account opening, or Anmeldung appointment booking — that specific component is considered delivered and is non-refundable. Components not yet initiated remain eligible for partial reimbursement.
To exercise a partial withdrawal, you must notify us in writing specifying which components you wish to cancel. We will confirm which components have already been initiated and calculate the corresponding reimbursement within fourteen days.
If you withdraw before any service component has been initiated, we will reimburse your payment in full within fourteen days using the same means of payment.
The Visa Kit is structured in two phases with different withdrawal conditions for each:
Phase 1 — Eligibility Review (€199): This fee is non-refundable upon payment, as the assessment begins immediately. By completing your purchase of Phase 1, you confirm that you request immediate commencement of the eligibility review and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal for this phase (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
Phase 2 — Application Preparation & Submission (€800): You have the right to withdraw before your application has been formally submitted to the relevant German authorities or consulate. Once submitted, this phase is non-refundable due to irreversible processing costs incurred with third-party authorities.
This kit is designed for corporate clients and is therefore not subject to consumer withdrawal rights. Payment and refund conditions are governed by the applicable business contract and the Scope, Responsibilities & Risk Allocation terms published on our website.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear written statement before the withdrawal period has expired:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the fourteen-day period has expired. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal immediately by email.
If you withdraw from a contract for which no service has yet been initiated or delivered, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
For partial withdrawals on Relocation Kits, reimbursement will reflect only the value of components not yet initiated, calculated proportionally based on published kit pricing.
